Values vs. Costs! Join today!
SB256 would revoke the collective bargaining rights of faculty covered by United Faculty of Florida unless 60% of the eligible total unit are dues-paying members. If UFF-UNF does not meet 60%, we would have 30 days to reauthorize the union. Legally-binding protections of the collective bargaining agreement are at risk. University administration would have universal say over all working conditions.
VALUES OF UNIONIZATION

COSTS OF DECERTIFICATION
- No enforceable contract
