Collective bargaining is one of the primary duties of UFF-UNF. During collective bargaining sessions, the UFF-UNF Bargaining Team negotiates with the university’s bargaining team on various contractual aspects of faculty employment, including workplace safety, salary, evaluations, appointments, assignments and responsibilities, academic freedom, nondiscrimination, intellectual property, and promotion procedures.
